Want to try out flash cards on your child to see if he/she likes it before you plunge into investing a few hundred bucks to purchase the full set of GD flashcards? Why not try out this set of 50 cards, which are all single words.
The categories include:
family (eg mother, father, brother, sister);
body parts (eg teeth, finger);
things at home (eg chair, floor);
fruit (eg apples, bananas);
opposites (eg up/down, high/low)
and others.
Total of 50 cards, all single words.
Dimension of card: 25.4 cm by 10.3 cm
Condition: I bought this set of cards in pre-loved condition, ie not new. Some of the cards came with pencil scribbings at the back, which can be erased. Some of the cards are a little yellow too. This set is not suitable for fussy buyers looking for brand new cards.
Price to let go: S$5 only
Collection: Postage preferred (please top-up $1.50 for local normal mail due to heavy weight of cards), or self-collection at CCK MRT.

My online garage here has items which are totally brand new, as well as pre-loved, and occasionally I have free items to give away too! Free feel to browse :)

Tokyo Metro train tickets
Current status: SOLD
2-day Tourist Open Ticket - Adult
Valued at 980 Yen.
Recent Exchange Rate: 1,000 Yen to approximately S$13. Hence each ticket would have cost approximately S$12.74. Two tickets would have cost S$25.50.
Price to let go: S$11 each. I have 2 tickets to let go. S$20 if you get both tickets.
* You can travel on 8 Tokyo train lines (see the right-hand side of ticket below). Except JR Line.
I went to Tokyo in Dec 2007, used the ticket & realised it's really worth getting. Especially if you plan to travel on the trains in Tokyo a few times within consecutive days. I estimated my 2-day train fares would have easily cost more than 1,200 Yen if without this ticket.

Collection: Free Postage (local, normal mail). I will not be responsible for any lost once I posted out the item. Thank you for your understanding.
